Project Summary

M. B. Kahn is one of the general contractors working to construct Charlotte Water’s multi-phase expansion and renovation of the Mallard Creek Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to increase treatment capacity from 13.1 million to 16 million gallons per day. These improvements are critical to support rapid residential and commercial growth in the University City area and Mallard Creek basin.
